Rhythmic breathwork
Intense nasal breathing through 7 cycles of intense over breathing, working with the 7 chakras in the energy body whilst sitting. At the end of each cycle there is a breath retention after the exhale and one again on the inhale. This breathwork can help people who find focus, attention and presence difficult.
Connected Breathwork
Connected Breathwork 40 minutes of ocean breath, open mouth breathing to music to transmute emotions to leave you feeling free and connected.
